About the course materials
The dictionary list was tabulated in excel form was very useful. The books and syllabus are progressive and well thought out. There is a lot of weblinks provided in the student locker that eteacher provides to assist students that are useful.
About the eteacher technical support and customer services.
I have to add that all my queries and emails to both the tech support and customer services always get attended to very promptly. The staffs speaks good English, polite and efficient in attending and solving problems, always.

A little about my personal experience.
For the first month learning Hebrew, I get migraine headaches every day because I am using the part of my brain that is obviously not well used, reading from right to left to start with and the making sense of the alephbet all at the same time.
Having overcome that, it's more natural for me (no more headaches). What its does for me is it rejuvenated my bible studies. I can form my own opinion on the emphasis of a word used by the author of the Bible . My Bible studies of the OT has more depth now . i didn't expect it to be so fun and meaningful. On top of that, it led me to do more research on the old and new Jewish customs, meaning of a name, a nation, priesthood garment etc....to make sense of a sentence.
Yes, I am actively promoting to my friends these benefits.
