Studying with  eTeacher was stiff with certain amusing events that transpired which led me into enrolling to it. For as much it might not be appropriate to mention them here, I would stick to what has been asked what to write.

It is quite dramatic as I find it,  curiosity  was not the reason, honestly, I have a profound  personal  attachment to the Word of G_d. Recalling all those childhood experiences that has guided me into an awe-inspiring, wholesome  fascination to the Bible, the characters, the places, the period and every  reality of first-hand experience I had  with the written Word of G_d, find me seeking,  for spiritual experiences with my Maker. The Bible opened up questions in my heart as a child, I believe with all of my entire being, the characters were real people who found favor before G_d's eyes. Nobody needed to inculcate these in me, it was as if, I was born with this faith. The elders and adults in my family spoke of G_d and ingrained in us the fear of G_d, to observe reverence when in church, other worshippers, especially those officiating the worship services.

As a growing child then, I pondered over heaven, but I can't imagine, so terrified about dying, but that's just one requirement to be present there, thinking I can't come back on earth to boast all the beauty I will see there, so I will have to wait.... The awesome works of the Almighty G_d, and the people, you Jews, who obtained His favor, disappointed me, thinking there is something terribly wrong with us Filipinos. :)

It took fifty two years more in my life when the L_rd made the eTeacher give me a real-life encounter with the G_d-favored people I read about in the Holy Bible. As I mentioned in the earlier part of this writing, the childhood fascination that's impressed in my heart about the Jews, is as fresh as ever. Most that retained in me, before I even agreed enrolling, the Almighty had also extended me the favor to get in contact with the descendants of His faithful ones.

eteacher agents possess a driving charisma (well, by phone, at least, as far as I'm concerned ) which I understand is characteristic to sales people, actually they subtly  brought out the lurking conviction in me which convinced them I am an enthusiastic enrollee inspite of my reluctance at first. Well, that was at first, in fact, when I clicked the request for a call from your agents,  immediately I opted out from the website, thinking what I did would not effect anything. So I opted out, and I wasn't loose however, in barely five minutes, our phone was ringing. And it was for me. And it was from the eTeacher.

Weekly interacting  with my teacher(s) is an experience of a different kind. My teachers were Natanel Barak and Annie Caruso, for A & B respectively and currently teacher Rina Gertel. Their awareness of our predicament in learning an entirely foreign language and scripts is admirable. Their patience and confidence over our responsibleness in coping with the lessons' progress is assuring. They soothe our worries in the learning process, their guidance suits (our) my pace. The course gave me the realization, Hebrew language is a well-developed language as I can figure out, it has currently reached its apex, or it may still develop further through the epochs (to come). Every  vowel pointing represents more than an idea, the construction of the verbs,  it speak history with it, more than mathematical calculations are involved in their formulation, wow, a real brain-twister!  And of course, for me, what a privilege from the L_rd G_d that I come to be in this learning challenge.

The support staff is one I can never blame. Their responses are professional, their attention prompt  I can truly commend. The questionable condition of my computer beyond what I can comprehend, let alone explain them, the technical hitches I've undergone with it in my three Biblical Hebrew courses, the support and technical staff are ever helpful, their troubleshooting cunningness, without much elaboration  they grasp the problem and fix it  in a shortest time possible.

It is an experience of prerogatives learning classical Hebrew !   Such is not a result of circumstance, as to how I gather, though I may not fathom G_d's precise purpose with me, even long  before I finished Biblical Hebrew B, sprang the idea right out from my lips one day as I was telephoning a friend of mine who is directress of a Bible School in Manila, that I can share the basic, salient points of classical Hebrew in their classes. This I claim it comes from the L_rd, He does not keep one's faith groping for so long, He has  plans prepared(for me)  beyond or after  the Biblical Hebrew courses with  eTeacher. In His Glorious Name, hallelu Jah ! amen.
