Can't hear?
a) To start an Audio Test go to Audio (webex top bar) -> Speaker/microphone Audio Test. Perform the test and adjust the volume.
Still can't hear?
b) Leave the conversation and then return:
Go to Audio->Integrated Voice Conference->Leave conference
AND THEN
Go to Audio->Integrated Voice Conference->Join conference

Still can't hear?
c) Make sure your headset is properly plugged in.
Upon entering class you will see this message:

In order to join the conversation in class – Click Yes.
To mute/un-mute your microphone check/uncheck the bottom check box, next to the microphone image.
JAVA INSTALLATION
The WebEx Meeting Center is Java based.
In order to participate, you must have an up to date version of Java.
To download Java or make sure your version of Java is working properly, Google the phrase "Test my Java" and follow the instructions, or go to http://www.java.com
